All Players wishing to become a member of The Pool Knight Shack or participate in any of the held Tournaments, do so with full acceptance and agreement on the terms, conditions and rules of the venue.

See below for some of the important Terms of Entry

All Members are required to pay a yearly membership fee before they can be officially classed as a fully registered member.
Unless you are a fully registered member you will be subject to pay any registration fees as well as entry fees for any upcoming Tournaments.

A "Membership Registration Form" must be completed by every player in order to apply for official membership.
Each player is required to pay a non-refundable deposit a of 25 Euro along with the application.
Only when the remainder of the membership fee is paiid for the option chosen is a player considered a full member.
Payments options are (Quarterly, 6 monthly, 12 monthly) and cannot be changed once selected for the year.

An "Entry Registration Form" must be completed & signed for each event
This Form must be submitted on or before the stated "closing date and time for entry" for the event in question.
50% of the Events Entry Fee must also be submitted (if there is one) along with the Entry Registration Form before the entry can be successful.
The remaining balance of the 'Entry Fee' has to be paid prior to, or on the 1st day of the event before participating.

Players are required to renew their memberships yearly by completing the same process as stated above.



All fees can also be paid via paypal for your convenience.

Just click on the Paypal image on the 'e-mail sent' confirmation page,
fill out the required fields with the correct amounts in question,
include a brief note saying what exactly you are paying for,
and just send it!
