All Players wishing to join the new Irish Pool Tour 2011 do so with full acceptance and agreement on the terms, conditions and rules of the Tour. See below for some of the important Terms of Entry All Members of the Tour are required to pay a yearly registration fee to the I.P.B.A. before they can be officially classed as a fully registered member. Unless you are a fully registered member you will not be entitled to be considered for selection to represent Ireland in any major events or receive any prize monies from any Tournaments. You may also be penalised with deductions to any ranking points obtained and/or fined until your membership is paid up in full. A "Membership Registration Form" must be completed by every player in order to apply for official membership. Each player is required to pay a 20 Euro deposit along with the application. An "Entry Registration Form" must be completed for each event and submitted on or before the stated "closing date and time for entry" for the event in question. 50% of the Events Entry Fee must also be submitted along with the Entry Registration Form before the entry can be successful. The remaining balance of the 'Entry Fee' has to be paid on the day of the event before participating. All "Membership Fees" are to be paid up in full by the closing date for entry into the "first" official Tour Event. Players are required to renew their memberships yearly by completing the same process as stated above. All fees can also be paid via paypal for your convenience.
